Pipeline construction is our world! For power plants and industrial facilities, we manufacture spools from various materials: we process carbon steels, alloyed and heat-resistant steels (up to P92) as well as (heat-resistant) stainless steels of material groups 1, 5, 6 and 8 according to ISO TR 15608. - PREFABRICATION
We live a strict black-white separation: for this we have separate areas (halls) for austenitic and ferritic steels. We have automatic welding machines and the respective testing procedures (NDT) take place at our premises before the spools are delivered. - DELIVERY & FINAL ASSEMBLY ON SITE
Most projects are pure delivery business for us, others we also complete with our site personnel for project management and installation.
We install the (prefabricated) piping packages professionally and on time at your construction site. - CERTIFICATIONS
For our production in our workshops as well as on site, we have all necessary process tests and other current certifications. We manufacture according to Pressure Equipment Directive Module H, AD2000-Merkblatt HP 0 and HP 100 R, DIN EN 13480, DIN EN ISO 3834-2, as well as EN 1090 EXC3 and finally ASME-Standard. For our construction site operations we are SCC** certified. ISO 9001 is a matter of course. Handling projects with mixed standards (EN and ASME) is one of our specialties. - PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We manage your project from A to Z. Our qualified project managers coordinate all interfaces and are at your side as competent contacts. This runs like a thread through engineering, material procurement, manufacturing and (subassembly) assembly, delivery and logistics as well as installation. Test procedures and acceptance by notified bodies as well as customer personnel and the final project documentation are all part of the process.

Roba is your reliable partner with decades of experience in pipeline construction for power plants and industrial facilities. The company was founded in 1989. Since 2021, we are part of Heitkamp Industrial Solutions, a renowned company in the construction and plant engineering industry based in Essen, North Rhine-Westphalia. We also participate in the technical and commercial possibilities of the parent company Rönesans Holding.
