Water-Steam-Cycle Piping
Our customer, a plant manufacturer of turnkey waste incineration plants (Energy-from-Waste | Waste-to-Energy), needed the complete piping of the water-steam cycle in the construction of a new plant within the EU. Our scope of services included project planning, material procurement and prefabrication in our factory in Obernburg on the Main. Packaging and transport to the construction site as well as the complete site erection of the water-steam-cycle piping.
Our scope of supply consisted of the following piping systems including steel construction and supports:
Live steam piping, exhaust steam piping, feed water piping, condensate piping, cooling water piping, HP headers and LP headers.
In addition, the complete piping of the steam turbine was also part of our scope.
The scope also included various pump and valve skids. Which had already been pre-assembled in our factory with piping and supports to simplify and speed up assembly on site.
